Our real estate brokerage continues to try and add services to benefit landlords and tenants throughout the Chicagoland area. While our standard service does include rent collection and a 24 repair and maintainance call center, we also offer inspection of property upon request.

Our $250.00 Rently plan works great for the budget conscious landlord, but, must be used in conjunction with a vacant property to be effective on all levels. The “one month of rent” leasing plan utilizes the family of Realtors to show your rental property and all the marketing tools at our disposal to get your property rented quickly and for top dollar.
Keep in mind, the higher your flat fee, the more property management services are included! This includes verification of utility switchover, tenant move in inspection, free lease renewals, and the use of the Obligo and Surevestor rent assurance programs.
