Lisle, IL : Homes for Heroes Promotion

In our effort to educate the Lisle, IL area on the fantastic Homes for Heroes benefit program available to teachers, doctors, nurses, paramedics, military, firefighters and police, I made the drive to dropoff a variety of promotional material to leave with Fire Station #1 in Lisle, IL.

Homes for Heroes is a member driven program in which our office provides commission rebates on the sale or purchase of real estate in the Chicagoland area. A “hero” who purchases receives 0.7% of home sale price as a rebate post-closing.  On the sale of a home, a “hero” receives 25% of the commissions our office collects.
